Bottles

Palletized bottles automatically secured. For disposable and reusable bottles.
 
Disposable or reusable is determined not only by the type of bottle and the package, but the pallet itself (see table below). The plastic crates fit together, so to ensure the unity of the load. This is easier to achieve than with crates with cardboard boxes or trays. Cyklops modular design system allows adaptation of these varying circumstances.
 
A 5mm strap is applied to the top layer, and is a very efficient way to secure the layer.
 
Both strap and film are used in beverage, cartons and trays. More common is the application of film. This gives protection against dust and dirt and provides stability. If only strapping, there are several  more cycles needed
 
There are two types of Film stretching machine  available, one with a turntable and one with a ring (the palletized load remains static). The turntable is a good choice for small to medium output. The ring is more suitable for high output
