Calcium Silicate held together with both vertical and horizontal strapping
 
Calcareous sandstone, can be supplied with and without pallet. The current packaging lines can respond to both methods, where the stacks are put through to the packaging line on a plate conveyor to where a  top sheet is applied. The conveyor then transports the stack to a strapping station, firstly being compressed,  preventing irregularities before being strapped.
  
The load remains stationary while the vertical straps are applied, with the machine traversing to each strap position. If necessary, two sets can be used simultaneously. The cargo is then moved to the nextl strap station, where the load is strapped horizontally. The load then moves on to where a gripper picks up the load at the end of the line  ready for transport.
